Are you in South Carolina? Charleston? Beaufort? Mount Pleasant? Folly Beach?

I fish from a boat but you can sometimes catch them around the boat landing. they are thick in the river. I have found people very friendly and helpful on this site.
true i didnt really specify and i was talking about anywhere in the charleston county area and sorry about the sour grapes but it did finally get me a response did’nt know what else to do lol
