Fished early trying to pick up a few big fish shallow. Pulled boards for 3 hours and only picked up 2 throwbacks. After such a slow start we decided to troll some plugs, head back home and indulge in a few adult beverages. On the way in we saw a large group of birds working a large school of bait with some stripers. Armed with a couple bucktails we wore the fish out for 30 minutes, we caught a mess of throwbacks and a couple of keepers that we released, also a nice seagull that was released unharmed. great day on the lake.
