Sucked real bad.
That’s about all I can say about the fish.
The beers were much better
Even the 2 guides we ran into had NO luck. (4 keepers=shorts) per boat.

a buddy of mine went saturday and he too said the bite had slowed WAY down. did we miss some kinda of small pressure front come throught or something. hadn’t paid too much attention to the weather lately just be fushin. tight lines… will probably fish either thursday of friday.
I got out a few hrs on Sat night. Put in at 8:00 and marked fish but didn’t get the first (and only) bite till 10:15…a small legit keeper about 23"
I guess the good news is they don’t seem to not be biting because they are lathargic and stressed out like you see a lot in the middle of the summer. The few I’ve been catching seem to be pretty fiesty still.
Anyway, hopefuly they’ll be hungry this weekend. Now what would REALLY be pitiful is to have a tounament and the big fish be less than 21"…but that ain’t gonna happen!!!
Going kayaking with a few guys from work after we get off. Gonna try and get in a few casts on the river.
