Scratched Ballentine due to the 5(?)mph South winds and headed back to Beards to pull planers. For the most part never saw any real concentrations of fish, but finally found some in 35 feet of water between two points on opposite sides of the creek. Managed a 22, 23, and 25 incher. As seems to be our custom, we also managed to miss a few others. Really like the new dimensions that planer boards can give someone, but they can be a pain in the ass, especially if wind is about. Water temp was 49.6 when we started, but jumped all the way to 51.8 by the time we left at 2 to get ready for evening services.
