not an uncommon report these days! lots of fish, few keepers. did the 11 have any size to them?

nah…no size to’em…only 2 were even close…a friend who called me over there did get 3 small keepers

It’s going to be easy for you guys to switch to King Mackerel, almost all are keepers, and easy to catch a 15-20 lb. fish in season; which is about 2-3 weeks away…GET READY!!!

There was a CS around us Sat morning draging bait. We caught 20 with two keepers. Same as the rest of the lake, lots of little fish.

How is that skiff in rough water?
rough water = rough ride for sure, but I knew that when I got it. I get out enough to be able to pick my days, so I don’t go out on the really rough days. That’s about the only negative about it though. I’ve owned quite a few boats and this has been the one I’ve enjoyed the most. For anyone ever considering one, only go with the 8’ wide version.
