Murray sat.

Went out on murray this afternoon in my friends boat fished from 11-230 caught 15 ranging from about 12in.-26in. fishin was consisten considering it was the hottest part of the day.

that’s pretty good for the middle of the day…were you fishing in the big water??? how deep???

Surprised that the wind didn’t push you around…

good catch…

HOLY S…triper Batman. Thats great. I went across the dam at about 3:00 pm and didnt see that many boats and thought it would be scorching hot out there, but 25 would be worth a good sun burn

Yea we fished from a point near Spence down to the towers, most were caught right up on the rocks by the dam.
thought we were gon get a little rain saw some pretty dark clouds but… nothin at my house at least
most fish were caught around 70ft deep but we caught them as shallow as about 25

Me and a buddy fished this morning from 5;30 to 9:00. We caught 20 in that same range. most in the 18" range. The smaller ones were shallower than I thought they could be this time of year. Which was good because they could be released unharmed. Wind was tough, but I just turned the trolling motor around to slow the drift. Most fish caught drifing from pine to spence. I may have to start fishing mornings, but beer taste better at night.

SCguy, you have to be the best striper fisherman i’ve ever heard of! you easily catch 4 to 5x what anybody else does. what’s your secret?

you… DA MAN

It is easy, add 5 inches to each fish and take the number you caught times 3. Just messing with you, some people just know more. The more you fish a place, the more you learn. last year at this time I was catching one or two if I was lucky. this year I have had as many 10+ fish days as slow days.

haha i dont know what it is man august has just been a good month i guess.

But I got to stop wishin, got to go fishin
