Went out with coolbreeze in his boat to the towers. We sat in line at the dam launch till most of the rain passed. Rain and wind died down about 7:30. We caught 5 with one over 21" (24"). Coolbreeze had on a real nice one but it wrapped around the green light on my side of the boat. Looked around 28". Solunar forecast had the day listed as one of the best days i’ve seen, 95 out of 100 and peaking at 8pm. Seems like weather trumps the solunar every time
