Took my daughter out at 7:30 pm after getting 1 doz live herring at Lake World (closes at 7:00pm). We burned some old gas out of the tank, then went to the towers to set out lines 40 ft deep. 3 guys were tied up to one of the towers having a ball with shorties. We didnt even get a hit until the sun went down, then we got very busy. The fish wanted them live. We ended up boating 5. 4 shorts and 1 24". Fish seemed to knock off at about 10:00pm so we headed home. These fish will pass the freezer and head straight for the pan. First fish boated in 10 months and got the skunk off the new boat. A good 3 hours on the Lake.
