Fished the sw banks with 3 friends for first trolling trip in the new to me 23 SeaHunt. ocean was nice in the morning. Ran out 25-30, home at 18-20 (took a beating). First fish (Bonita) in 130 ft. Found a rip with scattered weeds in 150 ft. Bait was everywhere, day started slow. Kept 12 Dolphin, 1 Hoo. Only lost one fish, Hoo spit the bait at the boat.
Nice way to start the year.
