My Key Lime Pie … it was delicious
Easy to make too
Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

And nicely decorated beyond the basic looks good
It’s was very delicious, and anything with less than 10 ingredients is a go for me

but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

Yes sir, I will post it when I get home from work, I combined two separate recipes (pretty normal of me to do when cooking), keep what I like remove what I don’t
The handmade crust is worth every penny around $2.50, also make in a glass dish not a metal pie tin (learned through all of my Key Lime Pie making research), the acid of the lime juice eats into the metal causing a metallic flavor in the pie.

A friend of mine has a little side business called Cheesecake 2.0. For mothers day I had him make us Key Lime Cheesecake and it was fantastic!
"I love cheesecake. As far back as I can remember, I always have. I also love to cook. So it was natural that, in about 2002, I put these two passions together. I started baking cheesecakes for myself and my family. Then I started bringing them to parties and gatherings. Soon, friends started requesting that I make them for their parties and gatherings. And eventually, so many people requested that I make them available for purchase, that I couldn’t hold off any longer.
And so, in January of 2010, Cheesecake 2.0 was born. All of my cheesecakes are made by hand, one at a time, using only the finest ingredients available. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese is the foundation of all of my culinary creations. Fresh eggs are carefully folded in, followed by… well, I can’t give away my secrets, now can I?
Have a spin around the web site. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at samdu@cheesecake2.com or call us at 843.606.0324. Special requests are always welcomed and will be considered on a case by case basis.
I know you will love my cheesecakes as much as I will love making them for you. Cheesecake 2.0 - the next generation of cheesecakes."
“I am constantly amazed at the stupidity of the general public.”
