Picked her up on the last day of september at Hanckle Marine. There’s nothing like a modern four stroke for smooth quite power. You can talk at a normal tone of voice at the consoe while running. It’s a 25DLV with a 200 suzukiDF. I’ve had it up to about 40mph wich feels like Nascar racing speeds when you’ve been doing 12kts in the old doweaster. I hated to see the old boat go but zipping across the harbor and reaching the jetties in about 15mins sure feels good. I’ve mounted my elctronics and installed a bimini top but I still need to figure out how I’m gonna mount the rod holders???
Are the rod holders gonna look like the rod holder pictures that Chris has on his cell phone? If so I’ll be more than happy to assist with the installation !
Thanks buckwheat, I’m real pleased with it. The thing I like the most is you can walk around in it. The deck area is so open you don’t just shuffle from one spot to the another, you can actually walk around.
