dry rubbed three big slabs of pork ribs today. put them on at 3:15pm. took them off at 4:35pm. put them on a hot grill with a little wet sauce/burned that in and then cut the ribs up with scissors. made some fresh potato salad with red potatoes(skins on). the ribs were so moist and juicy that we had to eat cotton popcorn with them to keep from strangling. LOL LOL
this cooker is the bomb without a doubt.
by the way; i know this is not the site for this but need to find a bottom boat for my son and i. he wants to do a father’s day trip.
