My Sons first fishing trip offshore

It all started with two of my fishing buddys backing out because of too much fun the night before. That left me with my son and his girl friend, who had never been offshore. We left the dock about 6 am and headed straight to the Georgetown hole. Put the lines out at 180 feet and before I could get the second line in the water, Billfish on! 100lbs plus or minus White marlin, Successful release. First for me, my boat, and for sure my mates. Caught a nice bull dolfin about ten min. later. It then got kinda slow for the next two hours. I decided to put that same rig that we caught the marlin on back out. 20 min. later Billfish on! 200lbs. plus.Blue marlin. The fish spooled the reel to the last yard of line. My son turned the boat and we chased him down, and I was able to get some line back on the reel. After about an hour or so we were able to put our hands and the leader and succefully release this fish. This is all on video and I will add it to this as soon as I figure out how to do it.
