Started throwing the net about 815, stopped around 1:30. Between 1/3 & 1/2 cooler, mostly large, some jumbo and a few med mixed in. Hard work but always fun and the weather was awesome. Then go home eat fresh shrimp for dinner and flipped back on forth between ND and Carolina to watch them both win blowouts. Perfect ending to a perfect day, well almost perfect…maybe we’ll fill the cooler next trip…
Sounds like my trip and take… I wish I could cooler in two passes like other people talk about…

We did exactly the same Fri night at the northend, right at 30#s heads on, 8 passes then they just quit. Nice size shrimp and very few less than large. Saw a cooler full at the landing when we got back. Guy said he just stayed the end of the creek. He didn’t like to cross BB at night. I looked in his cooler and he is probably still trying to de-head all those little shrimp. I did see 2 large size on top.

My brother in law told me yesterday that some guy from Georgetown posted on Facebook that he has caught 12 coolers in just a few days…even bragged about how much he was over the limit…how stupid can you be.
But to be honest with you…doubt anyone has coolered out that many times in 2-3 days the way they are running now.
If he is…I have no sympathy for him when he gets busted.

Saw some Georgetown shrimp Saturday and they are small. We shrimped McClenville, muddy bay, caught 1/2 cooler of large in 4 or 5 runs. Then not another shrimp period. Talked to guys from Cowpens and BB and they said the same thing happened to them. Don’t know what happened but they bugged out.
