I’m looking for some information on a Nautic Star Bay Boat. If you have experience with these boats, your opinion (pros/cons) would be appreciated.
My fishing buddy bought a 19’ w/Yam 115 4S 2 years ago. (**() fine boat. I’m mixed on the jump seats in back as they tend to catch loose bait, etc but for the $$$$$ it’s a nice boat.
They sure do look jam up.
I actually have a 2110 Shallow Bay with a 150. I bought it this summer and love it. Best arrangement I could find for storage and seating. I compared to Key West and Sea Hunt. KW was more expensive for 21’ similarly equipped. SH had less storage and only came with porto pottie console. The shallow bay hull limits top end by about 2 mph, but the 11" draft is your reward. Only thing I would change - the beam is about 2-4" less than similar boats.
PM me if you want more details

I spent almost 2 years looking for a “new” boat and I looked at these boats REAL LONG and REAL HARD before I bought my current boat. I was very interested in the 2200, but in the end, it came down to money and I could not pass up the deal that I got on my Ranger. But I like the layout, ride, and fish-ability of the Nautic Star.

I have a cc of theirs and no complaints here.
I bought a 1810 in February and I love it! It has a Merc 90 3 cylinder that runs a little rough but it gets the job done and hardly uses any gas. The boat is a 2008 and it does not have the storage space that the new models have but I have made some customization in the console to help with that. Nautic Stars are pre-wired with several circuits in the bilge area. I added a wash down pump and LED lights without running any wire…saved a ton of time! There was also a pull string to the front bow so that I could add a depth finder. The wiring connections in a Nautic Star are deutsch connectors that are water tight…even the extra circuits. It’s a great boat for inshore and nearshore fishing. PM me if you have any questions
