- Bulbs check - ok
- New switch - replaced
- check circuit - passed
- wires seem to be all ok
- connection to switch - pass

Do you have 12volts?also try checking for a blown fuse.
Fishbowl - it is a 24’ seahunt and doesn’t have fuses but breakers… the breaker is fine.
double check the ground wire connection - in fact all connections for corrosion. Even if not corroded, brush them off with a small wire brush and coat with a thin layer of vasaline.

I agree with Jisuho. Had the same problem on 35’ hunter sailboat. Recut wire connections and replaced plug connecters and everything worked fine.
Corrosion is a funny, silent thing.

What jisuho said. Wires may check ok for continuity (sp?) but due to corrosion may not be able to carry the amps required to light the bulbs. Sockets need to be cleaned, check terminals, check that wire insulation is not compromised and allowing salt water/salt air to corrode. If you have to replace wire, use marine grade tin.
Thanks for the input… I’ll do the check this week and let you know…
Had same problem on my Sea Hunt a few years back. After getting frustrated, ended up pulling out all wiring a replacing. Found that there was a “factory” butt connection about midway in the line for the nav lights and one similar for the anchor light. Both had corroded and were hidden. Pulled new wire through (no midway connections this go round!!) and been working fine since.
