From what I can tell this map does not include SC. Is this correct.

No, it does not.

Yep Navionics picked the SC GA line to split the maps. I believe you have to get the South chip for GA and the East for SC.

Someone speak up if I am wrong.

The East chip covers Clarks Hill also.
