I currently have an older 17 ft Proline CC with a 2010 yamaha 115 four stroke. Just wondering what reefs off Charleston and Kiawah area this boat would be fine making it out to as long as the weather isn’t terrible. Thanks for any input!
I’ve had my SeaPro 180CC out 9 mi many times, but with a very careful watch on the weather and waves. Choose your days carefully and prepare for the worst

I wouldn’t hesitate to take your boat out there. IMHO the boat isn’t as important as the crew. I’ve met up with a Carolina skiff at 90 before.
