King fish = Semi stinky fish, don’t see the same spots as a cuda, teeth closer to those of a wahoo as opposed to cuda, & a cool fish to angle. Definitely do not see those beautiful purple stripes all lit up, 'cause those kings don’t give a #@!($#! Good to eat fresh. Once frozen, well, that wouldn’t be right.
And lastly - the wahoo, the refined of the three. The one that does not have a “stink” about it (in my opinion). It is absolutely delicious. Grilled, ceviche, fried - you cannot go wrong.

Yes, I take my boat out regularly to the ledge & beyond. It is an offshore fishing machine. I usually do overnight trips - head out late am, fish pm bite, float at night, fish am bite, and head back in. Been tearin’ it up.
