Anybody know a painter that strips decks using something like CitriStrip or such? Also need him/her to apply a really good paint.

Sorry, can’t help ya. I just used a good sander and lots of elbow grease. I only had a couple hundred square feet to take care of. Followed up by a couple coats of Rustoleum 10x deck restore. The deck restore is pretty good stuff; put it on extra thick, seals up cracks and slivers.
