Need a fish ID

I’m not sure what this one is, but my nephew’s girlfriend caught it off of North Myrtle Beach.

I’d guess either a tilefish or lizard fish. Any good guesses?

Ok…I’ve see American Eels, but not a conger eel. Wow, those things get huge. Freaky huge. I’ll let them know they had a mini-beasty.

I guess they threw it back. If it hangs around, there should be an undersea monster around NMB in a year or so.
