Need a new prop

I bought a used 16’ flats/hybrid flats boat and just noticed that the 3 bladed prop has some good sized gashes in it. when I used to fish this boats years ago with my friend, who I bought it from. it was a 61 mph boats. Now, the boat MIGHT hit 50. The was years ago, so memory fades. Nevertheless, what should I look at in replacing the eaten up prop?

Take it to skips and let him bring it back to life.

^THIS…

Or at least let him get you set up with a similar prop. Are there any numbers stamped on it?

21-M is the only stamping on the prop.

SKIPS!

Wealth of knowledge.

Know the top speed and RPM’s before you go. This will help him dial things in.

He worked my last prop, WOT went from 55 to 64mph. Added a little cup and rebuilt the edges. Made a huge difference on handling too.

21-m
should be a standard Yamaha 21 pitch 3 blade stainless prop
