Need a new roof

I’m looking to replace my roof in the next year or so. Does anyone have a recommendation on a licensed, insured, legitimate roofing company?
This will be in the Hanahan area.
My gutters are only a couple years old but will need some type of leaf guard. Chimney flashing needs to be redone and would like to change from wind tubine vents to ridge.
This is a hip roof over approx 1800 sqft single story brick ranch.
I plan to sell in about 5 years.

Any recommendations on roofing material? Underlayment, etc…

I too am in the industry and have competitive bids plus all the necessary license/insurance/referrals and have done jobs out on wild dunes. Get 3 bids.
