got an 8 yr old nephew who has fallen in love w paddling an old windsurfer board around the creek. want to get him a double ended paddle. he has been using a traditional style. where can i find an inexpensive used kayak paddle?

If Boater’s World has any left, they’re cheap. I got a $45 paddle for $18 last week, to use as a backup.

i meant to post this a while ago and am sorry I forgot. Russ was kind enough to actually give me a paddle (I offered to pay for it) for my nephew’s bday. He LOVED it and as of now, I am still holding the title of world’s coolest uncle. I may never get the chance to do likewise for Russ but take comfort knowing the Good Book says that you reap what you sow. I am believing Russ will reap greatly in the future bc of this kind act. It was a really cool and unexpected thing for him to do. i appreciate it man!

My pleasure to help out, glad he’s enjoying it. Biggest thrill for me is getting young kids out on the water, thier next in line to protect our rights and conserve out resources.
Big goal with my old company was to get a million people on the water in a kayak, and I did!
