What should I pay for a carb cleaning?
Not rebuilt, just taken off, cleaned up, check it out.
If it needs more, I’ll do it AFTER this.
Already had one outfit insist I get it rebuilt.
Well, it’s only got 9 hrs on it! Geez!
If you are going to take it off, you might as well take it completely apart. There is not much value added trying to clean without disassembly.

what makes you think it needs cleaned if you just rebuilt it 9 hours ago. I’d try draining the bowls, use a can of carb cleaner and do a seafoam treatment.
cleaning and rebuilding are terms used interchangebly
take it apart clean in, and put it back together

sometimes gaskets tear when you take them apart
most hard parts are reusable
most of the time needle and seat are replaced
