Need some advice

I am coming to Charleston for my cousins wedding and want to bring my skiff and take my kids out fishing for reds the day before the wedding.

The problem is that my wife booked us into a hotel that does not have any parking for the boat on a trailer.

We are staying in Charleston but hope to be fishing out of Mt. Pleasant.

Can anyone recommend a place to leave my boat on a trailer for a weekend?

You’d be welcome to leave it in a slot in our office parking lot for the weekend (because no one hardly uses it during the weekends), but the last time I left a trailer there, it got stolen. You need a place with a fence around it, or someone’s driveway. Have you tried the self-storage places? Some of them may let you park the boat inside their fence for a fee.

IOP Marina can handle it…most likely cost you 50 or 100 bux.

I know Seabreeze Marina (downtown Charleston) will do it because I have sent people there before. They would launch/retrieve you and let you leave your boat there for the weekend for around $50 or maybe less. Email or PM me for Seabreeze numbers.
