Looking for someone to come tear out the “grass” from our front yard and lay some new sod. Wife wants zoysia out front and also need so e st Augustine patched in the back yard… Also looking for someone to deliver a large load of black mulch. I can spread it, or have them do it depending on price. House is located downtown.

I laid their st aug sod on top of my old lawn in April and it is already completely taken hold and choked out everything underneath it. No prep required-
Its going to be harder to lay sod now that it is hot outside though, got to be on top of the watering.
