Can anyone give me a recommendation for a game processor who will process a pronghorn? I usually use Cordray’s but they won’t mix species and they won’t shut down deer processing to process 30lbs of antelope.
borrow or buy a grinder. 20 minute job.
Harbor Freight 50 grinder. Works great.
Going to Church doesn’t make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.
You are the offspring of 5 monkeys having But Secs with a retarded fish squirrel. CONGRADULATION!!!
x3 on an electric grinder and a pack of freezer paper. pretty sure i got my grinder on sale for $70 and its done dozens of deer and a couple hogs and still going strong. ive always butchered myself and once i have the meat boned out it will grind up what i want in 10-20 minutes depending on the size of the deer and how much i left for roasts. you can also buy attachments such as sausage stuffers if you get interested in making your own snack sticks, bratwurst, sausage links, … a burger press isnt very much either and makes quick work of making a few dozen patties any weight you want.
Thanks for the recs. No time or place to do it at my house right now. Found a processor in Summerville willing to do it though.
hope its not butcherboys.
Whats wrong with Butcher Boy ?
A spoiled rotten BOYKIN SPANIEL lives with me
R&R in Mudville has done 2 antelope and a mule deer for me on two separate occasions.
Used Butcherboys and it turned out fine. Have you had a problem with them?
