New A-1 marinades

Well I’m not sure exactly how new they are but they are new to me. Some pretty good stuff, Chicago, New York, Garlic & Pepper, and just tried the New Orleans Cajun… my daughter thought it was too spicey but I liked it.

They are really good. we take the chicago or new your marinade and mix with just a little italian dsg and put in a zip lock bag with steaks or kabobs…will pass somtthing else along…piggly wiggly has their own brand now too…they are half the price and REALLy good…the garlic herb is great on chops and chicken, and again, a little of that with a shot of steak sacuce or worchesire in a zip…mmmmmm garlic herb is also good on fish and a tablespoon in slaw dsg or tarter gives it a ZAP

Thank you for the tips, I’ll try the added Italian. I’ll also check out the Piggly Wiggly brand. Just picked up a couple of sirloin tips @ $1.99lb and N.Y. strips for $3.69 lb at our Reids.

Pee Dee River Swamp Sauce. Piggly Wiggly carries it. A guy named Tim Paton makes it and it is awesome!!

ditto on the PEE Dee Swamp Sauce. Best I’ve had on chicken and pork.
