Dont post here much anymore due to moving to the upstate but thought I would see if anyone had any ■■■■■■■■ for a new business I started for cooler accessories (Just Yeti right now).

Great Idea & being made from metal should last forever but such a small market place for just Yeti & one size at that. Yeti is the perfect place to start because it is a high end cooler & no one is going to buy a $99 Accy to add on to a $40 Igloo, Coleman, ect… I have made similar ones for my coolers out of PVC (so many different cooler sizes & manufacturers out there) & every cooler has been different so there is really no way to make a universal one.
I would say try to market this to Yeti or sell them the idea so they can have it as a Accy.

I’d make one to fit the K2 coolers. Lots of people buying those now as well. Shouldn’t be too hard to make it work.

If you had a bottle opener incorporated, and some cool tarpon image laser etched in it, you could get $400 a piece from the micro skiff guys.

Hell, they’d make a go pro video just about their new cooler accessory with 50,000 youtube hits.

Seriously, I would take that small plate that you use for the new tie down slot, make it larger, and have someone laser cut a tarpon image that is also in a shape to open a bottle.
