Selling my boat and looking at a bay boat.Any ideas?? Decided to repaint my boat and re decal it.Like the rig way to much to get rid of it.
I really, really like the 22BX BR from Sea Hunt with the leaning post live well. I just think its hard to beat Sea Hunt’s bay boats with the bigger flair and still only about 12 inch draft. You can still get fairly skinny but still make a run to the nearshore reefs. Also that boat runs upper 40’s with a F150. Plus you are about 15K less than a pathfinder…

The Sportsman 247 is very nice. Compared it to the 25 Contender bay boat and will have to say I 'd choose the sportsman
At my age i decided to scale down .A bass type boat will let me sit up front with a trolling motor and work grass in my creek.Someone will get a great rig if they buy mine.$18k is a deal.

I’ve spent a good bit of time in that boat. gonna miss it, good buddy. I can attest to the seaworthiness of it though. Best of luck in the sale. I just bought a used pathfinder 22xl.
I hear those sportsman’s are pretty slick. listed draft of 14 inches, thought. the sea hunt is sweet looking- Rick has one.
