I was finally able to pick it up. Inboard 454 keep drive
Depending on what needs to be done to your engine google 454 crate motors. If you need any machine work, you can’t beat the price, and convenience
GMC performance offers a long block with warranty as do many other companies.
So after getting ole girl home a doing some quick diagnostics I’m pretty sure motor is coming out to be rebuilt and a majority of electrical and components. Also gonna pull both fuel tankes and have them replaced. I have a donor boat for some of the bigger items. Spare trans and a few other things. It appears that the last owner most have left the engine box off for quite some time because motor and carb are really Rusty. Carb want even move at all. Anyways it may take some time but f5w2

Will be ready for next spring most likely.
Unless a few of my friends step up and help out like they say. We will see.
HAPPY,
I had a shamrock for about 5 years. FUN boat. I pulled my motor out one time because of corrosion at the bottom of the oil pan. Mine was a 351W not 454. The motor sits low and water will hit that pan. Get that oil pan sprayed at line x. Itll save you in the long run.

Alright so after more research and looking at title it’s not a shamrock bit a sea warrior xlc which was built in Florida for only a few years but is a copy of shamrock boats. After talking with owner son I got boat from come to find out it belonged to dnr who use to use it around the ace basin and as a dive boat interesting. Anyone ever run stacks for exhaust on a in board.
Mine was raw water cooled. Stacks wont work.
