Nice fly box. I have started making my own fly boxes and have tried several different methods.
At our most recent fly fishing club meeting we had a gentleman named Vince Staley come and talk about shad and striper fishing on the Rappahanock River up here in VA. I googled some of the flies that he talked about in the meeting and stumbled upon a fly box project that he put together. Looks pretty good to me. See the link below.
