My brother (a chef wannabe) has started a food and recipe blog. It’s focus is on basic, easy to make recipes with an Italian slant. I made his sausage and potatoes recipe last night for dinner…simple easy to follow directions and delicious. There’s no commercial/ads on the site, just basic info about cooking.
