New Hobie Revolution

Have yall seen it yet? Looks pretty nice. How would you compare it to the Hobie Adventure? I am still in the market for a yak and thought I had my mind made up on the adventure until the revolution came out. The Revolution(13.5’) is shorter by 3’ but Hobie claims it can peddle up to 6.3 mph whereas the Adventure(16’) being 6.9 mph. Also curious how the Revo would handle the water vs Adventure.

Dolphin I know you may have some input.

F&G,
I just read about that boat yesterday. It sounds like the outback, but a little sleeker with a better hull design. It sounds like it will be sometime in september or October before we can get one in. On a side note, have you seen the mirage adventure islands??? It is the adventure with a tri-maran rig and large furling sail. It can be used as a kayak (same platform as the Adventure) or sailed like a champ. Looks cool, I cant’ wait to try one out.

Yea I saw the Islander but I don’t see myself sailing that much. Anyway can’t you still put a sail on the Adventure?
