I was thinking they could raise yellowfin tuna in a large pen, and for a fee you could drive your boat into the pen with your full spread. I think I’m onto something. Maybe a little privately funded program for to capture charlie the tuna?

It would be nice if they would take the resources that used to go into redfish tagging and use it for the other popular inshore species.I think we know all about the redfish now.Expanding the oyster shell recycling and seeding on to otherwise bare mud banks would be nice,too.
