Ran the new rig and it is fantastic.I decided to try the trolling motor.Set it up and hit the handle and the motor lifted up and went in the water.I hit something that looked like a prop and off we went.Heading towards a neighbors dock and the tide moving real fast.Missed the dock by 3 feet but scared the hell out of me.Finally figured it all out and went up the creek against the moving tide.No problem.After about 30 minutes i eased it right up to my float and tied it up.Hit the handle and the motor came out of the water.All i did was lock it in.Thanks for all the advice from you guys on what to get.Old boat is pretty much fixed and will go in the papers Wed and craigs list.
