I got my new March Brown 10wt and 12wt… I am stoked to be gettin them out… I am looking for a 12wt reel… any suggestions? I am leaning towards my old Standby Okuma but I am looking in new directions also… Don;t have lot to spend but any suggestions will be welcome… BTW… once I getthe reel I’ll need something to throw it out so if anyone wants to help I trade Photowork for fishin…

I would shell out some coin for a good 12wt reel. You’ll be chasing big fish with it that just may take a lesser reel and pull apart the moving bits.

If it were me I’d be looking at a something like a Nautilus or a Lamson.

Pillage and plunder with a 9wt and a fist full of clousers.

I hear ya Jerms… I have a Natulis #7 and I LOVE it… Maybe someone who don’t know what they got will post one up on craigslist or e-bay :wink: Trying to get the money together but I wanna fish NOW :wink: Scotty… may eh… I might be out of the hole by then and if the AF screws me like they are trying to right now I may be retired by then… Just gotta find that job now :wink:
