I beleive that the Ross 4’s & 6’s retailed for around $595.00 with the EXS rods retailing in the low $400.00 range. I figure that I’ll cut the reels loose for around $495.00 and the rods for $295.00 with the combos going for $740.00. The spools will only be sold with the purchase of a reel and are going for $100.00 each!
Thanks for all of the interest! The only 6’s that are left are Black and the only spare spools that’s left are Gold. In the 4’s, I’ve got (1) Black & (1) Gold left.
The EXS rods are Dark Green with an action & weight similar to Jim’s Reddington DRF’s line which was basically a top end rod design at a mid market price point. These rods are extremely light weight, carry a life time warrenty and are strong enough to overline for those of you who like to play in the wind & surf! I have found this combination to be an exceptional inshore or fresh warm water combo!
Yes but I don’t expect them to last the week, I’ve only got the 1 and several folks up north have shown interest in both the 8’s & 9’s. Give me a shout if you’re still interested & I’ll pick up the shipping.
