New species of Carolina shark

Meet the Carolina Hammerhead. Many of us have probably caught them and not known it since you have to cut them open and count their vertebrae to tell the difference with the scalloped hammerhead. I wonder if they eat good?

Pretty neat! Who would have figured? But then again, how many fisherman cut them open and count vertebrae:smiley:

I usually just catch them, count their teeth, brush their teeth, maybe do a few fillings, and release them. Sometimes I fillet them first.
