ft worry.

i wanna say i saw it priced for like $12000 with a 2strk 50

I’ve been eying those too. They look pretty ■■■■ snazzy and I’d be willing to get they can get shallow as ****!

Every piece of tail you turn down is a piece of tail you didn’t get.

Im not sure about the nx they dont spec it out like the 23sv. But if they build the two boats with a similar goal in mind then sundance has done quite an upgrade since i last checked them out. Bronze sea cocks, cored and bagged lids and all ss thru hulls is all good schiizzle

If you had to tell someone how good you are, then you probably aren’t that good"

Well I guess Ill be the first to say I dont like that thing. Everything about it looks cheap, from the seat cushion only big enough for one, to the West Marine special boat latch up front right next to a huge inspection plate.

You can get a Mitzi, IPB or a High Tide for a similar price and get a better boat IMO.

I guess what I mean is if youre looking for a stripped down, inexpensive flats boat, why not just buy one…theres plenty of those sort of companies out there. That boat looks like a company tried to throw something together (a flats boat) just to get into a new market.

i actually have a high tide that i love. but i cracked the midsection of the motor from hittin somethin a month ago at folly. since then i have stripped the boat and taken the top shell off. im glassin a flats style deck on it with an A$$ of dry storage hatches (cause its a wet boat w/ minimal storage) and puttin a new motor on it. it just takes the beatings like it wants em. cant help but keep it. just saw the sundance at seels this aft and stopped. looked pretty good for a cheap boat. and resembles a mitzi hull design at a glance. ANYONE GOT A GOOD HOOKUP ON FIBERGLASS CLOTH?

ft worry.

Sundance makes a nice product. I’ve visited their plant and even specd out a B22CCR with the SV console. Made a fantastic striper boat. If you go to Driftmaster’s website you’ll see a picture of it on the water. Anywho…good folks who’ll work with you to set your boat up the way you want it. Comparable to Carolina Skiffs in price but put together better. Family owned also.

I was told a while back that Sundance was several past employees of carolina skiff that left and set out on thier own.Main difference between the two is the deck cap is finished on thiers giving a better look, cost was similar and both had flat or v bottom models. The choice would be who would give the better deal.

Those look like neat boats. . the first one kinda looks like a Panga but I’m sure it’s not as expensive.

Can you get the Mitzi for 12,000 brand new? I thought they were significantly more expensive. Is there a local Mitzi dealer? The Sundance looks like a good boat, and thats a hard price to beat. Bout the same as a High Tide, but more “functioal”. (High Tide makes a darn good boat)

I looked at those Sundance boats today. Man, they were sharp looking rigs. Some corners were cut, which explains the lower price. But overall a sharp looking little boat. IMO. According to the literature, these boats draft around 6". The Vee hull drafts 11". The flats boat at the front of the lot is dang nice looking. Not crazy about some of the setup, but I could live with it.
