My wife and my friends chipped in for my 50th birthday and bought me an Alveron grill, locally made by pitmaster John Haney. Team Alveron wins many competitions in the area and I have already learned a lot from John. Here are a few pictures of what has come off this grill… Still a rookie in training but dang it cooks out nice. Perfect temperature control for low and slow cooking.
