You need to bring her to Charleston at some point. Really want to see it!

Set the trap boys, we going to pass through them again!!

We should be down there the weekend of the 13th for a little saltwater shakedown and a trip to Reds!

Cool…I look forward to seeing this beast up close. Love to look below the hatch but understand that won’t be possible.

Awesome pics as always!

I have a question - where would you launch something like that? Would you be able to drive it off the trailer or have to use a crane or lift?

-Lewis

Beautiful boat fellas. I already want to build something a little larger than my little john boat but rereading this thread might put me over the edge!

elgeebee- It miiiiiight be a bit more difficult than launching a kayak? Ha I bet you could strap a couple kayaks to the bow of that thing as a mother ship and still have room to play around in.

Love the goose neck! Who makes it? Like the rear end extention to protect the motors!

Do you guys ever stand back and say man we built that. Its quite a creation. Nice job.

“Broward trailer” out of Florida built it for us.

Thanks b. We did once, then we had to get back to work!

Made our first sea trial today. Boat ran flawless, couldn’t be happier!!! Just need to make a minor prop adjustment and we will post some perforance numbers. We were very happy though!! A few more days of small work and we will be ready for the helicopter shoot!

I’m very happy for you guys, you’ve done a really superb job. But I suspect as much as you’ll love your paycheck, you’ll be sad to see this one leave your shop. Oh…sorry about the “Yippeee, she floats” comment on FB…I was just messin’ with ya!

Well, who won the name contest, Garmin? I like the extension to protect the motors but that thing looks like you could tear a motor up loading it in a strong current. I know you have the thrusters on it, but I’d be scared!

SUWEET!!!

you guys should be really proud of that boat…that thing is sexy…

Outstanding. Question - where will the fishing rods go when not in the gunnel rod holders?

It ain’t no mystery…this beer’s history!

One of the best looking botes ive seen in a long time! Never seen a sonar screen mounted on the back of the hardtop like that before. From the deck work to the paint job way sick!

-Wishes Charlotte was 3 hours closer to the ocean…-

The more I look at the trailor the more I’m not sure about that extention! You won’t travel with the motors in the down position or would you? So they arn’t really protecting them from behind on the road. They would protect them from the side! I’m as far from a boat builder as you can get, but could you explain them to a dumb a$$ like me[:0 I’m not trying to be a smart a$$, I’m trying to increase my understanding! You guys have built a beautiful boat!

The boat is still setting father back on the trailer than it will permanently. We need to notch the trailer so the transducer will clear. with the boat moved forward we will weld supports to the gate so you can trim the motors down and rest them on the mounts. Loading was actually really easy. Trim up the outside motors and load it the rest of the way with the center engine.

We are going to add more rod holders we were just waiting to decide where to mount them before we weld them up

Thank you for the answer! Makes sense when it is explained that way! You guys do have a plan! I was just trying to figure it out on my own, with my very limited knowledge! Again, a hell of a boat! Now about the name! Garmin, isn’t going to cut it! Any hints?

If I had the words, I would share them. Simply- she’s dang nice boys.
