I think it’s well done but don’t see anything that stands out that’s going to make me want to subscribe to it or read it when it comes to my inbox and for that reason it will probably get old quick and just become junk mail or spam. Sorry…just being honest.

Agreed, it’s a nice format, but there’s not really enough new information to keep a reader hooked for the long run.
I am guessing that you still have a lot of work to do on the website. I keep clicking “learn more” and it keeps telling me to “learn more”. Chances are, in this day and age of instant gratification if people can’t find what they are looking for in about 1.5 seconds, they are out of there. Too many other sites to check out. Especially when I am at work:sunglasses:
The first view on every new page should be something that keeps my eye and interest for longer than the 1.5 second mark.
In this day, there is almost no barrier to entry in a business like this. That is why so many people are starting these type of instagram/promo businesses and/or fishing apparel businesses. Mail Chimp is free and put together a newsletter and there you go. Great! But, what are you offering that is different and/or unique? This is constructive criticism. If you are to be successful you have to really offer something unique that rises above the “noise” of all the other’s out there - and there are a lot. Good, original, content is a start, but you have to work hard to create it. Then you might have something compelling enough for people to read. Then if and when you have a big enough audience, you can attract paying advertisers. I think its harder than ever because you have so much competition now. It’s kind of like the first iPhone app developers made a mint because the space was small. Now, try to get noticed with millions (billions?) of apps out there. Not trying to discourage you, but this is what it will take to be successful. It always comes down to hard work.
