Doesn’t look all that “NIB” to me. Looks a bit beat up cosmetically.
Today I learned fingerprints effect cosmetic value…
That thing is clearly not new.
Looks like it possibly still has grease from the factory on it that has other undesirables sticking to it.
Guess he is used to those non greased reels that are not ready to be near salt water 
very NIB, camera + greasy black reel and my fingers or random hair particles omg, so beat up!
