Having some real fun close to the boat ramp with some jumbo reds. done pretty well last 3 times out at spot. had 10 12 3 fish. All 24 to 38. 38 biggest ive caught in the wando. fish was a beast and took alot line on pretty heavy rod. Simple fihing with circle hooks and fish finder rigs. watch for bend and reel. a lot fun in between learning how to fish for the reds with light rods and artis. All fish caught on large chunked mullet and some medium live mullet. but most success on chunks. trying to post pic of biggest red. trying photobucket. we will see. all fish caught last two weeks. All fish released and looked great.
been catching most fish at start of tide or towards end of tide. been fishing the incoming and have had better success but have caught in that spot on out going. Moving water seems to be key but not ripping.
