so that means Skinnee is giving out the numbers?

The evidence shows that building reefs increases the number of fish. The number of fishermen with better electronics is bound to increase, putting more pressure on the existing fishery. Regulatory authorities have to decide whether they are going to work to increase the number of fish, or force fishermen not to fish. Why would the construction of more reefs, publicized or not, not solve this whole issue?
I guess President Trump hasn’t gotten to that part of the swamp, yet. And who wants to bet those numbers (above) are fake numbers …

Does the president really sign off on these regulations?
I rarely, if ever, get offshore to take advantage of these sites but I see the “wrong” that skinnee is talking and will absolutely help in anyway I can. Tell me whose inbox I need to flood and I’ll do it. Given my lack of experience in fishing these areas, I would also humbly accept a narrative more suitable for submission. Lol!
God bless the “ignore” function.
The post I read gave the numbers out already, they are public and the Georgetown Hole area is also being closed to bottom fishing. Beginning at the end of July.

Just put “area 51” into the plotter and its my super secret spot!!
Just kidding. But it’s really really really close to some bottom #'s I already had. Very interesting.
So does anybody have the coordinates to area 53? On July 31 I assume DNR will publish the area. I just want to see if it corresponds to something I already go fishing on.
Also, is this a permanent closure, similar to the MPA’s that already exist?
It is amazing that SAFMC would want these areas closed, while another management agency is going to allow longlining back in portions of the straits of Florida. The credibility of SAFMC and NMFS is constantly being eroded. NFMS is going ruin a conservation measure that has been applauded by recreational anglers, and protects an area from damaging fishing methods, and at the same time SAFMC restricts primitive fishing methods in an area that is not subject to any damaging gear. WFT?? Where do these people come from?
