North Bulls Bay 10.2

Shrimp were there but so were the ■■■■ flies! I’d take the wind back in a heartbeat.

Made our standard run, low tide, far north end. The breeze of 3.5 mph slowed to almost nothing, water was tainted but not chocolate. We anchored and baited too close to the north shore. The land point must have created a little eddy or something as we never got a moving tide. We caught a mixed bag. Some nets with 2 and others with 30 so our day was good. We spent too much time swatting flies. I know I should be wearing bibs, etc but it was a beautiful day so shorts, a tee and flip-flops made an easy meal for the tiny carnivores.

What would I do tomorrow? Any of the flats inside of White Banks is showing a ton of shrimp, just not up against the north shore.

Good luck y’all.
