We put the boat in at low tide, about 130. By the time I made it 50 feet, I figured we were just going for a boat ride. Wind was at my upper limit. In the bay 13 steady with gusts to 18 or more. A gal coming in said she and hubby did well, so what the heck. We set anchor on the north end and it held somehow. Only threw bait to starboard but started in. The shrimp were definitely there and a bit better than last week. The waves and wind were too sporty to go for more than an hour. It was surprising how little debris there was after that big storm. On the way in we marked a ton of shrimp on the bottom just north of White Banks. Good luck out there.
