Anybody ever shrimp in the North Edisto Inlet? I was thinking the entrance to Privateer Creek behind Seabrook.
I’ve caught a lot of shrimp in the North Edisto but the size is usually smaller than you can catch in some other areas. I have not shrimped that area in a good many years as I have areas with larger shrimp. Head out of Bohicket Creek then a little upstream and across the main river to a nice mud flat. Look at an aerial and you will see a small creek coming into the main river there. Upstream or downstream of that creek will work for you, on the right day. My best day there was a packed cooler in 14 cast. My last trip out that way we had a limit in an hour and back at Cherry Point before sunset.
